As ridiculous as the idea may seem, this version of Griffin’s Elan Form ($30) differs substantially in external materials from the one previously reviewed, with its thin but legitimate layer of cork reinforced internally by a more substantial, hard plastic shell. A new exploit affecting the iPhone and iPod touch’s MobileSafari browser has been discovered, according to reports. The memory exploit appears to affect all iPhone and iPod touch units with firmware version 1.0.2 or later, and is caused by browsing to a site containing malicious code.
